The KBL Irrigation sector provides fluid handling solutions for Irrigation schemes and also offers best suitable pumps and valves for the irrigation. KBL fluid handling solutions helps many countries and states to achieve food sufficiency. The Irrigation sector closely works with National and State Irrigation Departments. • Head works/Pump House - KBL has executed Pump house on well foundation, Pile foundation at river bank, Pile foundation inside the river, Raft foundation and Pontoon.
• Electromechanical works - KBL has executed electromechanical works for many Lift irrigation Scheme. Electromechanical works consists of HT & LT Panel, Control Panel, Soft starters, EOT/HOT Carne, Valves, delivery pipes, Manifold, Auxiliary system like Dewatering, Drainage, Firefighting, Air-conditioning, Ventilation, Lubrication and Cooling system etc.
• Pumping Machinery - KBL provides the pump form 0.1Kw to 21,000Kw, Flow range from 2 M³/Hr to 12000 M³/Hr and Head range from 2 Mtrs to 200 Mtrs.
• Sub stations - KBL has executed substations up 132 KV.
• Rising Main - KBL has executed rising main up to 3 Mtrs Diameter.
• Canals - Lined and Unlined Canals.
• Distribution Systems -For more than 1,00,000 Ha.
