This Company is a subsidiary of Kirloskar Brothers Limited, established in the year 1965, is a foundry making steel castings for various industries, viz. Power sector, Mining, Cement, Heavy engineering application, Sugar etc.

Hematic Motors Pvt Ltd
This Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirloskar Brothers Limited. The company manufactures stators, rotors and electric motors.

Kirloskar Systech Limited
This Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirloskar Brothers Limited, primarily engaged in system engineering, designing and support services. The company deals in system engineering for various verticals like Power, Water, Irrigation and Industry.

Kirloskar Constructions and Engineers Limited

Kirloskar Constructions and Engineers Limited (Formerly: Aban Constructions Limited) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirloskar Brothers Limited. The Company specialises in Mechanical and Civil engineering construction projects.

Kirloskar Brothers International BV

This Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirloskar Brothers Limited in The Netherlands. It was formed with an objective of making it a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to function as an Investment Company abroad. It has following major subsidiaries abroad:

• SPP Pumps Limited (United Kingdom)
  SPP pumps and systems are installed in all continents providing valuable high integrity services for diverse industries.
• Braybar Pumps (Pty) Limited (South Africa)
  Manufacturing and sales of high head multistage pumps, Rubber lined Slurry Pumps and white metal lined bearings.
• Kirloskar Brothers (Thailand) Limited (Thailand)
  The company is into Sales and Packaging of centrifugal pumps with focus on South East Asian markets.
• Kirloskar Brothers Europe BV
  Kirloskar Brothers Europe BV incorporated with an objective of setting up of a distribution network across Europe, providing a market support for distributors, and providing technical support.
• SPP Pumps (MENA) L.L.C (Egypt)
  A Limited Liability Company has been formed in Egypt for the purpose of assemble, packaging, testing, service and repair of various types of Pumps and pumping systems.

Kirloskar Ebara Pumps Limited

Kirloskar Ebara Pumps Limited was established on 13th January 1988 as a Joint Venture promoted by Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL) and Ebara Corporation with a mission to manufacture and supply of rotary equipments like Process Pumps, Steam Turbines, Fans, Blowers etc. required for critical applications in Hydrocarbon Processing Industries and for Power Projects.
