Providing service to customer during lockdown

Providing prompt service to our farmer is our highest priority, be it in any situation. A farmer was facing some issue with his pump, which stopped water supply in his farm. Understanding the critical situation amidst the lockdown, we initially got in touch with the local government authorities and sought the permission to reach him. Once we got the clearance, we brought the pump to our service centre and promptly repaired it.

We are committed to serve our customers to the best of our abilities which in this case helped the farmer resume irrigation to his farm using our pump.
