CONTRIBUTING TO THEGLOBAL GOALS
Marking a critical step towards a sustainable future
At KBL, we have identified 13 UNSDGs, in consultation with our stakeholders, that deeply
resonate with our purpose and strategy. These are the areas where we are confident of making
a positive contribution and supporting the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable
Development.
The United Nation’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is a universal call for action by
all countries to protect the planet and build a more sustainable and inclusive world by
2030. At KBL, we have identified the SDGs where we can have the greatest impact and
co-related these with our purpose to see where our contributions can add real value and
support our own commitments. We monitor and transparently report on our progress on each of
these goals.
We continue to work hard to make our business contribute to these SDGs and to create a
resilient future for our planet and for its people. Our policies, operating systems and
defined values support in sustainable management of the Company’s business units. We are
putting our efforts into these goals to accomplish sustainable development at the Company.
