  • The Renewable Energy share in operations increased from 15% in 2024-25 to 35% in FY 2025-26
  • Strengthened resource conservation practices with rainwater harvesting, water recycling, reusable metal pallets to minimise packaging waste and systematic leak detection across air, oil and water systems
  • MEI-certified products (DBXe, KW SC, KPD End Suction Process Pumps, 4” submersible pumps, KDI EE5 Monobloc Pumps) helping industries reduce energy consumption and operating costs
  • Our KOSi 135 pump received the ‘Appliance of the Year’ award at the NECA 2025 event organised by Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE)
  • Golden Peacock Award” in Sustainability and Environment Management category from Institute of Directors, India
  • 18th State Energy Conservation Award under the “Automobile & Engineering” category, awarded by the Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA)

  • Strengthened equipment reliability and operational stability through TPM practices, preventive maintenance and breakdown reduction, while enhancing energy efficiency via targeted conservation initiatives
  • Improved productivity by revalidating CNC programs, optimising cutting parameters, reducing setup time through SMED and enhancing machining efficiency with process optimisation and reduced speed losses
  • Furnace in Cast Iron foundry at KOV plant is upgraded with IGBT technology – enabling faster melting, reduced cycle time and energy consumption
  • Kaniyur plant expansion completed for enhanced production, improve operational efficiency and support advanced manufacturing processes
  • Advanced multi-axis machining systems have been deployed to enhance precision and efficiency in critical component manufacturing
  • Assembly setup at Dewas plant for CW pump series converted to semi-automated line to enhance the production capacity
  • Paperless picking system implemented in Megastore at KOV plant (improved productivity, higher picking accuracy, better traceability and reduction in operational cost)
