KBL manufactures more than 75 types of pumps, with EPC capabilities and a flow capacity of up to 120,000 m³/hr, reaching heads of up to 1,200 meters. This positions us as a leader in producing a wide range of energy-efficient pumps—from the smallest to some of the largest in the world.
With 17 manufacturing facilities, including 7 located outside India, KBL is well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of both domestic and international clients. Our extensive network includes 16,250 channel partners in India and 80 overseas, backed by a best-in-class network of authorized service centers and refurbishment centers across the country.
All our manufacturing facilities are enabled with Total Quality Management (TQM) and certified under the Integrated Management System, which includes: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 50001:2018 (Energy Management)

Foundations Forged in Kirloskarvadi
Kirloskarvadi, our flagship manufacturing facility, is home to cutting-edge infrastructure that reflects our legacy of engineering excellence. The plant features a state-of-the-art foundry, centralised pattern shop, mechanised sand processing system, automatic moulding machines, and an advanced metal pouring system.
It also houses one of Asia’s largest hydraulic research centres, equipped with testing capabilities of up to 5,000 kW and 50,000 m³/hr, enabling precision and performance validation at scale.
The expansive facility includes dedicated units for:
- Cast Iron Foundry – Capable of producing single castings up to 7,000 kg
- Alloy Cast Steel Foundry – Specialising in high-performance alloy steel castings benchmarked to global standards
- Non-Ferrous Foundry – Handling a range of non-ferrous metal applications
- Replicast Foundry – Supporting precision casting for complex geometries
