Empowering Women in Engineering

Our all-women-operated manufacturing plant in Coimbatore stands as a powerful testament to what inclusive opportunity can achieve—redefining industry norms and opening doors for women in both technical and leadership roles. More than an achievement, it is a movement that reflects our belief that talent and ambition transcend boundaries. The facility is fully equipped to support its women employees with amenities such as dedicated transport and an on-site crèche, ensuring a healthy balance between work and family life. The team has delivered outstanding results, including the remarkable accomplishment of assembling a pump in just 17.25 seconds, surpassing the original target. This pioneering plant has also earned external recognition, receiving the ASSOCHAM Diversity & inclusion Excellence Award for “Best Employer for Women,” affirming its impact and industry leadership

To continue our focus on women empowerment, we employed 5 young female MBA graduates from the North-East to leverage the region’s socio-economic model. These women are from Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Agartala, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Siliguri (West Bengal) and have been deployed in front-end sales at different locations.

Differently-Abled Inclusion

Our structured talent management system ensures consistent, unbiased evaluation, supported by a 360° leadership feedback process and 30, 60, 90,
and 120 days’ feedback for new employees. 360° feedback is aimed at fostering open communication and building trust within the teams. The teams can address interpersonal challenges, improve collaboration and build a more cohesive working environment by understanding how colleagues perceive each other’s strengths and weaknesses.

We conduct reviews at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days to help new employees to understand the Company culture, business practices, team structures, as well as short and long-term organisational goals. These reviews also clarify role specific expectations, supporting employees in their integration and growth within the organisation.

worked with the Company for nearly four generations. These awards were distributed to employees who have served the Company for 15+ years.
