Empowering Women in Engineering

Our all-women-operated manufacturing plant in Coimbatore reflects our commitment to inclusion and women empowerment, creating opportunities in technical and leadership roles while providing supportive facilities such as transport and an on-site crèche. The plant achieved the remarkable feat of assembling a pump in just 17.25 seconds and was honoured with the ASSOCHAM Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Award for “Best Employer for Women.”

Further strengthening this commitment, we have recruited young female MBA graduates from North-East India and deployed them in front-end sales roles across multiple locations, creating meaningful career opportunities and promoting diverse representation across the organisation.
