Kirloskar Brothers forms a new subsidiary Company

Kirloskar Brothers Limited announces the incorporation of Kirloskar Systech Limited in August, 2010.

This is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirloskar Brothers Limited and will primarily engage in system engineering, designing and support services.
