Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL) has been honoured with the National Energy Conservation Award 2025, marking a proud moment for the organisation and reaffirming its leadership in energy-efficient engineering. The award was conferred for the KOSi-135 Openwell Submersible Pump, which was recognised as “Appliance of the Year” under the Pump-set category for its superior energy performance and sustainable design.

The award was received by Mr. Sanjay Kirloskar, Chairman and Managing Director, Kirloskar Brothers Limited, from the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, at a prestigious national ceremony. This recognition highlights KBL’s continued focus on developing innovative pumping solutions that conserve energy, optimise resources and contribute meaningfully to India’s sustainability and nation-building goals.
