The joint venture formed by the Company viz. SCL-INDU-KBL-WEG, received contract from the Government of Andhra Pradesh - Irrigation and CAD Dept. in respect of Pranahitha – Chevella lift Irrigation Scheme-Link VII- Package No.22 for Investigation, Designs, Execution of Lift Irrigation Scheme for drawal / Lifting of 11.5 TMC of water in 120 days from foreshore of Kondam Cheruvu near Manchippa Village, Nizamabad (M), Nizamabad District by water conveyor system with all associated components such as approach channel, gravity lined canal, tunnels, lifts, pressure main, CM & CD works, distributory system and all other allied works to irrigate an ayacut of 1,56,000 Acres.

The total contract value is Rs.1446.48 crores and out of the total value, the Company’s share is Rs.270 crores for electro mechanical work.
